Download a copy of the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) spreadsheet by right clicking on the link below & selecting "Save Target As".

 

TCO can be used for recording all those hard earned pennies that you're spending on your baby :-)

 

TCO is supplied as is and no warranty can be given as to it's suitability blah, blah, blah

 

TCO+ is exactly the same as TCO but has a form submission method (Add Event Button) to simplify data input.

 

 

This Automatically adds the Event to the correct monthly tab

 

It also has basic functionality to convert Currencies to your Default Currency if you are travelling away from home
(Clicking the 'more' button expands/shrinks the form)

 

 

TCO+ does require that you have macros enabled in excel.

 

If after enabling Macros you still get an error about a control cannot be loaded this is because you do not have the correct ActiveX controls for the Date Time Picker installed.

 

To install close TCO.xls & download dt.zip (this is one I've put together and used on my home machine) and extract the 2 files to a folder on your desktop(or anywhere you can find them).

 

Depending on your OS (Windows only) you may be able to get away with just double clicking the install-dt.bat file or you may have to right click it, run as Administrator
